BASE SIX GYM TRAINING PROGRAMS

Not everyone that needs personal training has convenient access to our Putney Gym. For this reason, we’ve created a remote gym training  program that we call Base Six. It is designed to provide the coaching expertise and accountability you need, with the flexibility to train from the comfort of your gym.

When it comes to fitness, nutrition, and healthy living, there is a massive amount of hype, controversy, and misinformation in magazines, newspapers, and TV programs. You are bombarded by ads and marketing about fad diets or the latest fitness craze. At Paleo Gym ® we take the guesswork out of health and fitness for you. Our coaches will take the time to learn out about your specific goals, needs, and preferences surrounding fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. We will then design and customised program that’s tailored to help you reach your goals. We will guide you through a safe and effective exercise program, and nutrition strategy that you can do anywhere, anytime!

WHAT IS BASE SIX?

We have designed a program that comprises of 6 exercises per day and 6 key elements to each exercise. The program will be based on the amount of hours you have available per week in your gym, your main objectives, equipment at your disposal and previous gym training experience.
